Gerry’s therapy sessions have been absolutely life changing for me, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. He took a different approach to other therapists I have worked with previously, and I’m now thankful to say that I see the world in a totally new light, have started up my own business properly and formed healthy relationships around me with people and my environment. I can only say how differently I feel after the sessions. I started with insomnia, anxiety, fear and self doubt. Now - after the sessions with Gerry - I am back in control. I make decisions based on rationality & confidence. I have clear life goals and I feel confident & excited about achieving them. Sounds too good to be true? I thought so too when I approached NLP but it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Thank you Gerry.

It’s quite hard to summarise the profoundly positively impact NPL with Gerry has been for me. Before I started I was suffering with terrible nightmares, high anxiety, low self esteem, ruminating thoughts and living with daily fear which was having such an negative impact on my daily life. I didn’t actually realise how much I was suffering until after. Now, after 4 days my mind is at peace, I am sleeping through the night, don’t have nightmares anymore and I feel like a happy person in control of my life and my future. My drinking is controlled and I no longer have any negative thought patterns. My past is no longer in control of my present and the world seems full of options again. I can’t thank Gerry enough because he is patient, kind, non judgemental, clearly LOVES helping people and is a fountain of knowledge. And I felt, most importantly, safe with Gerry at all times. I wish the world knew about NLP, it’s astonishingly powerful and has changed my life in every way.
